The soundtrack was discovered in a dumpster with my brother behind a Catholic elementary school in Cincinnati, just like the soundtrack to "The Lollipop Tree". This was the first film I did that used lip-sync, the second complete animated film I made (the first one being "Waiting" in 1997), and all the animation was done in 2000. It was colored and re-edited in 2002, and got it's Citizens' stamp then. Like "The Lollipop Tree", this is making fun of bland educational material. However, unlike "The Lollipop Tree", "The Waggle Dance" is also making fun of kids who wear bee costumes. Because we all know they just suck. This is the CASG spokesman's first appearance.
